Pathfinder: Frazer Session 23  
I think at this point even Callix, who is pretty much the only character who actually sympathizes with the Beast, is growing to truly hate his "dad" Count Chocula. Or at least his bloody museum/menagerie. So Matt's Power of Drunk rogue actually ends up helping the group. 'Cause the Nixie charms him. Which means he "rescues" her by finishing off the basilisk. Which was good 'cause Eric's fighter was temporarily turned to stone and Callix was paralyzed by the NEW monsters. Which were variant vargouilles who had grown out of the corpses of gorallions. So giant gorilla heads with flappy wing ears and paralyzing howling and licky attacks...

Then Cognac the Drunk somehow negotiates with the nixie and gets a limited wish off her by escorting her to the river and freedom.  Which he uses for a magical bottomless flask of brandy.  Then we rest, with everyone but the roommate's rogue just sleeping for eight hours 'cause we need the hp recovery (doubled for some of us thanks to Callix having ranks in Heal).  But Josstafl ends up shooting some intruder that Frazer hints was actually a potential ally.  Ah well...

Then we continue onward into the world's worst museum.  Where some of us have to deal with a black pudding ambush and others with dangerous mushrooms.  We manage to get past both, and Matt's new everfull flask is even usefull in saving Joss from the mushrooms.  And so we end the session with many of us beaten, burned and battered.  Say an hour of game time after waking and we need to camp again really.  So missing have a dedicated healing magic caster in the group...
